Pulling in closer for a kiss
Their lips locked with passion

Never wanting this moment to end

This poem was inspired by I dream that I had. You see in the dream I had apparently drawn this really great picture of these two mermaids staring lovingly at each other. And this drawing kept coming up throughout the dream. Ironically, however, I can't draw that well in real life. But even after I woke up, the drawing of these mermaids was just so peaceful, beautiful, and serene, that I just had to give a voice to them.
